A strategic powerhouse with two decades of experience at the nexus of leadership, education, and philanthropy, Witnie has been a driving force behind multi-million-dollar revenue growth, fueling large-scale operating budgets and high-impact campaigns. She partners with organizations to drive transformation through executive coaching and board training, integrating dynamic team-building techniques from her theater background to foster collaboration, creativity, and a more cohesive organizational culture.

An accomplished speaker and thought leader, Witnie’s insights have been featured on notable podcasts and stages, where she shares expertise on building organizational capacity, strengthening infrastructure, and driving lasting change. She is a regular guest speaker for Lyrasis — a membership organization serving university libraries, museums, and research organizations across 28 countries.

She holds an Ed.S. in educational leadership and an M.S. in psychology from Nova Southeastern University, along with a certificate in nonprofit management from Duke University. She also earned dual undergraduate degrees in theatre and health sciences from Florida International University.
