ACF Affinity Groups: Find Your People
Hello ACF Community,
At Faith & Fundraising: Chicago 2026, one thing stood out clearly. People are looking for more ways to stay connected throughout the year. We’re building on that momentum with the launch of ACF Affinity Groups.
This is part of our strategic plan to strengthen connection and create more opportunities for members to engage with one another beyond the annual conference.
Affinity groups bring together members who share similar areas of work, ministry focus, or professional interests. They create space for conversation, idea sharing, and relationship building with others who understand what you do.
These groups are intentionally simple. Most will meet virtually to start, with flexibility to evolve based on what participants find most valuable. Some may center on open conversation, while others may include guest speakers or focused topics. Over time, groups may also connect informally in person when it makes sense.
Affinity groups launching now:
- Outdoor Ministry
- Higher Education
- Leadership
- Mission Outreach
- Church - Congregations, Districts, Synods, Dioceses, etc.
- Social Ministry: Relief
- Social Ministry: Social Services
- International (intended for members who live outside of the U.S., not necessarily for those organizations that serve globally)
If you’ve been looking for a way to stay connected with others who understand your work, this is a great place to start.
Not seeing an applicable group for you in the list above? Please know that we are working to build up the ACF Affinity Group experience, and that more options will be added in the future as the program grows.
Select your affinity group
We’ll use your selection to connect you with a facilitator and share details about your group’s first gathering.
